Returns and refunds
Returns for pumps, level floats, high-level alarms and pump stations may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Items must be unused, properly stored and returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Return freight is the customer’s responsibility.
The total refund amount will also be reduced by Shopify’s non-refundable processing fees:
* Visa/Mastercard: 1.75% + $0.30
* American Express: 2.9% + $0.30
As such, we do apologise for the inconvenience.
Yes, you can cancel your order, however, a restocking fee may be applied depending on the stage of the order.
