Can I pick up my pump station from you?
Yes, you can pick up your order from 12 Selgar Ave, Tonsley 5042. Please notify us before placing your order so we can prepare it for collection. We'll also provide a code to remove the freight charge.
How much does freight to NSW cost?
Freight costs vary from $170 to $850 based on package size and weight. Accurate pricing is available at checkout after completing your quote.
Do I have to be onsite to receive my pump station?
Yes, there will need to be someone onsite to unload the pump station. Smaller tanks can be lifted manually, but larger tanks require a forklift or similar equipment.
Can you deliver my pump station on a specific date?
Unfortunately, we can't specify a delivery date as we use a third-party freight company. Allow 1 week for production and 3-5 business days for delivery.
Can I track my pump station delivery?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, we’ll provide tracking details so you can monitor its progress.
